A unique servicing plan that guarantees a full & comprehensive boiler service each year, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
What is included in your plan
Annual boiler service
- A visual inspection of the boiler and flue
- Testing the boiler to identify any working faults
- Checking inhibitor levels
- Cleaning any magnetic filter
- Cleaning the condensate trap
- Checking primary expansion vessel pressure and recharging if necessary
- Cleaning the primary heat exchanger, electrodes and burner and renewal of any disturbed seals if necessary
- Testing the boilers safety devices
- Testing gas pressures and gas rates to ensure safe operation
- A flue gas analysis efficiency test
- Boiler service certificate
- Annual service reminder
What is not included in your plan
- Cover of any parts within your boiler, excluding those that are disturbed / renewed as part of the service i.e. burner gasket, gas seals etc
- Cover of your boiler or controls in the event of a breakdown
- Cover of your heating system in the event of a breakdown
- Cover of your plumbing in the event of a breakdown
