- Arrange a date that suits you
- Our engineer will visit you to diagnose the issue
- If they can fix it without parts, they will carry out the repair straight away
- If part/s are needed and we have them, we’ll let you know the cost before we go ahead and fit them
- If part/s are needed and our engineer doesn’t have, our office will send you a fixed-price written quote with a breakdown of cost for parts and labour required to return and complete the works.
