A unique care plan that guarantees a full & comprehensive boiler service each year, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and cover of your boiler and controls, and heating system in the event of a breakdown.
What is included in your plan
Annual boiler service
- A visual inspection of the boiler and flue
- Testing the boiler to identify any working faults
- Checking inhibitor levels
- Cleaning any magnetic filter
- Cleaning the condensate trap
- Checking primary expansion vessel pressure and recharging if necessary
- Cleaning the primary heat exchanger, electrodes and burner and renewal of any disturbed seals if necessary
- Testing the boilers safety devices
- Testing gas pressures and gas rates to ensure safe operation
- A flue gas analysis efficiency test
- Boiler service certificate
- Annual service reminder
Boiler & Controls
- Boiler breakdowns & repairs
- Heating controls including thermostats, programmers, motorised valves & domestic sized pumps
- The boiler flue including the flue terminal up to 1m in length
- Boiler replacement cover if less than 7 years old & deemed irreparable
- £400 off the cost of a new boiler if more than 7 years old & deemed beyond economic repair
- Your gas supply pipe from the meter
Central Heating System
- All repairs to the central heating system & primary hot water pipework within the property
- Standard radiators & associated valves
- External expansion vessels
- Pressure relief valves
- Gauges & external filling loops
What is not included in your plan
- Cover of your plumbing and drainage in the event of a breakdown
