The boiler service you get from us will typically take around 40-90 mins depending on the level of service your boiler needs. Our service will be carried out as per your boilers manufacturer's instructions. All of our Care Plans include parts such as burner gaskets, seals and other parts that need changing from time to time to ensure your boiler is maintained to the highest standard.

When you purchase one of our plans, everything is included in the monthly price, so there’ll never be any additional fees for labour, call-out's or parts on top. All of our care plans are the same price for each customer. Meaning we do not hike up the price of your plan each year depending on the age of your boiler or the amount of repairs we have carried out.
